Campfires and Cookies is a privately owned small business! Although we endeavor to ship as soon as possible, please allow 3 TO 8 days to process a standard "ready to ship" order. Expect an email within 7 days to let your know your order is on the way!
Made to order products are crafted with love and care and may take up to 14 days to ship.
Pre-orders can take up to 21 days.
We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Because most of our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. However, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@campfiresandcookies.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition so that we can assess the correct course of action.
We do not offer refunds on digital downloads or printable products.
